Yeah, I know what you're talking about. The stores usually say under "Supply" column of the store the highest amount while you don't actually sell that much. Look in the "Selling" column to find out how much you are actually selling. If that's not the ticket their may indeed be a bug. Good Luck.
Where do you get your information from?
The production log, won't show any actual values.
If you would check your shops, one by one, you will see that some shops only sell less than 14 pcs. of wool in a turn.
Therefore, you do not sell 84 pcs. per turn.
And therefore, there will be an overproduction of wool in your warehouse
