New Updates

Hi all,

this weekend we have used to improve our code.
There are also new visible features:

1. Since 26.03. the transport fees have changed
2. in balace the monthly return of investment (ROI) is listed below company value
3. in research the duration of quality improvment is now also shown as number of WUs
4. wrong calculation of TOP3 of the month is fixed

At this evening there will also be implemented a "Tax-System".
Taxes will be divided into 3-5 tax classes in which the players will be sorted by gross sales.
We will start with low-rate taxes to test the system.
Later on, in this week we will adjust this rates to the correct values.
Amount of classes and rate of taxes will be announced shortly.

The "Tax-System" will start with the next WU.

At this time there are 4 classes:

Noob-tax: gross sales <= 1.000.000 ---> no tax
Low-tax: gross sales <= 15.000.000 --- > 2%
Med-Tax: gross sales <= 30.000.000 ---> 5%
High-Tax: gross sales > 30.000.000 ---> 10%

This values are for testing-purpose.

We want to adjust this taxes in a few days to:
Low-tax: 5%
Med-tax: 10%
High-Tax: 15%

Today's, bugfixes and updates:

Bugfixes:
The value of "money" in the "Generic information" section of the balace section was wrong. Now fixed.

Updates:
1. Return Of Investment (ROI) is replaced by Return Of Equity (ROE)
Not only the name has changed. It's now the correct calculation of the ROE.

2. Operating margin implemented. It's the percentage of profit out of gross sales.
