New map - resources

I noticed last round and again now on this round i cant seem to get a map with over 12 logs, any idea how i can get the old map where i had 17 to 20 logs??

You could have choosen old map. It would be exactly the same.
It seems you chose to generate a new one.
So, you should try again many times.

Yes but do you know has the generate map been changed to where I can no longer get a lot of one type of resources it seems that even after 60 or so tries the max i have seen on any one resource is 12

I would say 17-20 of one type of resource is extremely lucky.
Well, even 12 is already rare...

Refresh map maybe 200 times. Got 12 iron ore and okay other stuff. Had 12 iron ore several times. Can't remember if ever 13.

You should have said something here : Map Generation
This would have made the map generation much faster process
