Post Several Classified Ads At One Time

I place a lot of classified ads, and I'd place more if it didn't require so much time and so many monotonous clicks. I suggest adding a new line in the classified ad page to place a number of ads at one time:

Should i build in a maximum "number of ads" (e.g. 20)?

I would be a good idea. I was this ->" "<- close to put an ad for 1900x100 pieces of glass. I typed the price in the wrong field.

I suppose a max number of ads would be a good idea.

Let's see. I wouldn't place the limit any lower than 20 ads. 20x250=5,000 units. That still seems a bit low. How about 40 ads being the limit? That way you can fill your entire warehouse with one ad placement and you don't have to go over 250 units per ad.

Being able to place an order for a large quantity is really important especially when you oreder 600 steel/wu from the mkt

Need 700 a tick steel from market many rounds ago, but couldn't get. Outclicked for steel at 5k when would have paid 20k. Since then, make all own steel and iron ore, so all Q100.

Lobby at that time for place order. If had current classified ads, might still make 230 cars (various kinds) from Q0 steel.

Maybe 6k storage, counting product warehouse, but would buy steel up to 30k if available. Something like 230 per tick per overstock, so maybe 7-8M storage cost, but profit higher then, maybe 40M (before storage) instead of 20-30M today.

The worst I ever had it with storage was when I consumed 688 steel/wu from the market. With my 10,000 unit warehouse I could only have 14 hours of steel in the warehouse. That gives me the hebie-jebies because the market can't always support it. In that case when I wake up in the morning, I still only have a few hours to fill the order.

I always try to have at least enough in stock for 24 hours with my capacity.

Everything but this causes too much stress I think.

My maximum need of steel was about 250 / WU! But my storage was unlike 10.000.

I agree Berkei. I usually want 24 hours of stuff in my whse. But I can accept a lower margin of safety for a few days. Usually that's the time between when I can first make LPKW and the time when I can first make city car. Otherwise I usually keep my steel demand below 500/wu which means I'll have over 20 hours in the warehouse. That's close enough for me.

Yes, temporarily my demand is also much higher. I adpat this to my free time I can invest and then 16 hours or so are enough. But I always have the possibility to change my production, so that I have stuff for 24 hours or more.

Nevertheless already 500/WU is a lot, very imposing. Maybe I'm gonna try it, too.
